Early Bird Discounts
Reservations made on or before February 28, 2018 will receive the early bird discount. Exhibitor registrations received after March 1, 2018 are subject to full-price regular exhibitor fees. Booth preferences will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis, when accompanied by full payment.
Exhibiting Space Allocation
An effort will be made to honor booth preferences, but booths will be assigned on a first-come, first- served basis, when full payment is received. Reserve early for the best results, and before March 1, 2018 for the early bird discount. To reserve your booth, please use the online Exhibitor Registration Form, the button below will take you there.
Shipping/Equipment
The trade show concierge will be contacting you to assist with shipping, audio/visual, furnishings, and supplies.
Setup/Breakdown
Exhibitors will have access for general move-in on Monday, June 25, 2018 from 12:00 noon till 5:00 PM. Exhibitors must remove their exhibits on Friday June 29, 2018 between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Payment will be refunded less a $100 service charge if the exhibitor cancels in writing at least 90-days prior to the conference start date. If the exhibitor cancels in writing 60 to 89 days prior to the conference start date, 50% of their ayment will be refunded. If the exhibitor cancels within 59 days of the start date of the conference, such cancellation shall be considered a default and any monies paid will be retained by EERI.
